Business Development Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Develop and implement a strategy to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth
Identify and target potential clients and partners through research and networking
Build strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure ongoing business and referrals
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s services and capabilities, as well as the competitive landscape
Collaborate with the larger PR team to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Manage the end-to-end pitch process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing
Track and report on client identification pipeline and other outreach towards revenue targets
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on trends and best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably in a PR agency or related industry
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the PR industry and current trends and best practices.
