Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Public Relations Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible to create, plan, and implement strategies for clients and to maintain and enhance the reputation of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing PR strategies: The PR Manager must create effective strategies that will help the client communicate its message and maintain a positive public image. This includes identifying target audiences, determining key messages, selecting appropriate channels, and creating compelling content.
- Building and maintaining relationships with media: The PR Manager must cultivate relationships with journalists and media outlets to ensure that the client’s messages are accurately and positively represented in the media.
- Leadership skills: Be a role model and lead a team of PR professionals to support with client activities
- Managing crisis communications
- Organizing events and campaigns: The PR Manager may be responsible for planning and executing events, such as product launches or press conferences, and developing campaigns to promote the clients brand or products.
- Monitoring and analyzing media coverage: The PR Manager must keep track of media coverage of the client and its competitors and analyze the impact of media coverage on the client’s reputation and image.
- Managing budgets: must manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure that the company’s PR efforts are cost-effective and efficient.
- Developing and managing a team: may be responsible for managing a team of PR professionals, assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing guidance and support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a PR Agency or as a journalist.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to handle a team.
